Experience and expertise: Kristian joined Arkwright in 2005 and has been responsible for numerous projects both within Corporate Finance and Strategic Consulting. He focuses primarily on the energy sector within oilfield services and the offshore industry. Kristian has also experience from several projects within the retail and engineering/construction industry.

Competence areas:  Expertise within M&A, due diligence processes and corporate and growth strategies.

Kristian has a M. Sc. in Finance from the Norwegian Scool of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen.
